Delhi Gymkhana Club members challenge eviction notice in Delhi HC
Members and employees of the Delhi Gymkhana Club have approached the Delhi High Court to challenge a show-cause notice from the Centre demanding their eviction from the club's 27.3-acre property located on Safdarjung Road. Back in 2022, the Centre had started legal proceedings before the NCLT, claiming there were lease deed violations and mismanagement. Justice Avneesh Jhingan is set to hear the case on July 6.
