Delhi: Caretaker held after 3-year-old allegedly tied to chair and beaten at play school
A three-year-old child was reportedly bound to a chair and physically abused at the Makoons Play School located in Delhi’s Maujpur neighborhood. According to the boy's father, the toddler was kept restrained for three hours and subjected to repeated beatings. The parents became aware of the incident when the child reported pain in his ear and they observed visible bruises on his body. Authorities have filed a case under the POCSO Act and taken a caretaker into custody.
