Dabur products barred from using '100%' labels

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has prohibited Dabur India from marketing its products with '100%' claims. The regulator stated that this type of labeling violates legal standards and constitutes misleading advertising. The restriction applies to items such as honey, apple cider vinegar, virgin coconut oil, sesame oil, cow ghee, coconut water, and coconut milk. This ban covers claims like '100% natural,' '100% pure,' and '100% organic.'
