CPI(M) MP questions government involvement in Ram Mandir Trust
On Sunday, CPI(M) MP John Brittas stated that the central government's role in the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is significant and "cannot be ignored." In a letter addressed to Home Minister Amit Shah, Brittas requested the Centre to reconsider its decision to exclude the Trust from the RTI Act. He pointed out that the governing structure includes serving IAS officers as representatives. This development follows ongoing disputes regarding donations made to the Ram Temple.
