Court revokes Look Out Circular against Nirav Modi's brother-in-law in PNB scam

A CBI court has withdrawn the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against Maiank Mehta, the brother-in-law of fugitive businessman Nirav Modi and an accused in the Punjab National Bank fraud case. The court pointed out that there was no evidence to suggest he was likely to avoid the trial. Mehta had previously been granted a pardon after he agreed to make a "full disclosure" concerning the case.
