Court orders Air India to pay ₹35,000 for broken seat on 16-hour flight

The traveler had paid an additional ₹5,000 for a seat, only to find it damaged during a 16-hour journey. The passenger stated that the situation caused him significant physical pain and mental stress, which impacted his entire trip to India. He further noted that the flight crew failed to provide any helpful support during the ordeal.
