Court grants bail to Nida Khan, says no child should suffer the stigma of being born in jail

A court has granted bail to Nida Khan, stating that no infant should have to undergo the distress or social shame of a prison birth, similar to the circumstances of Lord Krishna. Nida, who is a primary suspect in the TCS Nashik religious conversion case, was released on bail on July 6 due to the fact that she is five months pregnant.
