Co-founder sues $8-billion firm after being fired for violating his own return-to-office mandate
William Nieporte, a co-founder of the US-based firm Bramshill Investments, has filed a lawsuit against his $8-billion company. He was dismissed for failing to adhere to a return-to-office policy that he had personally established. Nieporte, who managed the firm alongside two former classmates, was terminated in 2022 due to accusations that he "willfully and deliberately" skipped in-person work. In his legal filing, Nieporte alleges that his termination was merely a pretext used to take over his position.
