CJP leaders push for stricter charges against man who bragged about attacking protester's father
Cockroach Janta Party representatives Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka visited the Parliament Street Police Station to urge officers to add more serious charges against Swatantra Bhardwaj. They requested that the FIR be updated to include sections related to attempted murder, the SC/ST Act, and the POCSO Act. Bhardwaj had previously boasted about fracturing the skull of Nishu Azad's father while at a protest held at Jantar Mantar.
