Abhijeet Dipke, the founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), held a video call with student activist Devendra Nath Mahto. Mahto is currently conducting a hunger strike in Ranchi to protest reported irregularities in exams. Dipke mentioned, "He told me that he was lathi-charged by police and sustained injuries before they moved him to the hospital."
