Christopher Nolan brushes off 'The Odyssey' casting criticism
Director Christopher Nolan has brushed aside the controversy surrounding the casting for his movie 'The Odyssey', labeling such discussions as "irrelevant." He stated, "These conversations that happen before people see the film, they're always irrelevant, because no one having them knows what the film actually is." Nolan further noted that he previously spent a decade "dealing with Batman" after the public initially reacted negatively to Heath Ledger being cast in the part.
