Centre mulls two-tier structure for NEET-UG entrance test
The central government informed the Supreme Court that it is evaluating a transition to a computer-based format for the NEET-UG exam. Officials are also weighing whether to conduct the test in one phase or adopt a two-stage model similar to JEE (Main and Advanced). The government stated that a conclusive decision will be reached following an assessment of the suggestions provided by the high-level task force led by Nandan Nilekani.
