Centre greenlights DRDO missile tech transfer to domestic firms to ramp up production

The Ministry of Defence has given the go-ahead to share technology for all conventional missile systems created by the DRDO with local Indian companies for domestic manufacturing. The ministry stated that this move aims to improve local production capacity, reinforce the nation's defence industrial framework, and open up new roles for MSMEs and various technology partners within the supply chain.
