CBI arrests 3, including 2 Northern Railway staff, for bribery
The CBI has taken three individuals into custody, comprising two Northern Railway employees and one private citizen, following a corruption investigation involving railway tenders. The arrests occurred after officials searched the railway headquarters at Baroda House in Delhi. The suspects are Narender Singh, Lenin Sharma, and Shariq Ali. Authorities allege the trio bypassed procurement rules to provide unfair advantages to a private firm in return for bribes.
