Case filed against nearly 200 Nepalese villagers for pelting stones at Indian security forces
An FIR has been registered against 150 to 200 unidentified residents of Nepal's Susta for allegedly throwing stones at Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) personnel along the India-Nepal border, according to SSB Assistant Commandant Avdhesh Kumar. The stone-pelting incident reportedly occurred when SSB personnel objected to the villagers' attempts to extend an earthen embankment into Indian territory. An investigation into the matter is currently ongoing.
