Cargo ship stuck off Mumbai's Manori beach during heavy rainfall; rescue underway

A foreign cargo ship drifted and got stuck at Manori beach in Mumbai on July 5 after its anchor broke during severe rain. There was nobody on the vessel when the incident occurred. The Indian Coast Guard and the Directorate General of Shipping were alerted to the situation and are currently working to clear the stranded ship.
