Calcutta HC judge steps down from TMC leader's bail plea following chamber intrusion

The decision followed an incident where the leader's legal representative reportedly entered the judge's private chamber. Justice Ghosh stated that the lawyer tried to gain access to documents pertaining to the case, prompting her to notify the acting chief justice. Expressing her concerns, Ghosh remarked, "It smells of an oblique motive."
