Calcutta HC establishes 5 special courts to fast-track NEET leak trials
The Calcutta High Court has designated five specialized fast-track courts to handle NEET paper leak cases, aiming for efficient and timely legal proceedings. According to the High Court, these courts are expected to wrap up trials and deliver final verdicts, ideally within three months of the chargesheet submission. Out of these, three courts have been established in Kolkata, while the remaining two are located in Port Blair.
