Businessman Manav Sardana sets record with ₹271-crore Gurugram penthouse purchase
According to a PTI report, Manav Sardana, a businessman previously linked to the Faridabad-based firm Imperial Auto—which was acquired by Warburg Pincus—has purchased a penthouse at The Dahlias in Gurugram for ₹271 crore. An ET report notes that the apartment spans 10,500 square feet, resulting in a price of approximately ₹2.6 lakh per square foot. This marks the most expensive single-unit property deal in India to date. Entry-level prices for units in this development start at ₹100 crore.
