BSNL introduces satellite phone for ₹1.34 lakh for connectivity in remote areas
Government-owned BSNL has rolled out a new satellite phone in India with a price tag of ₹1,34,166. This handset operates through satellite signals, enabling users to make calls from locations where standard mobile service is unavailable. According to BSNL, the device is well-suited for use by the military, maritime sector, disaster management teams, mining operations, remote field work, pilgrims, and those on adventure trips.
