On Thursday, the Bombay High Court found Tarun Tejpal, the founder of Tehelka magazine, guilty of raping a junior employee in 2013. The court reversed the previous decision made by a Mapusa sessions court that had cleared Tejpal of the charges. The victim had alleged that Tejpal sexually assaulted her inside an elevator at a resort in Goa.
