Bombay HC questions why citizens cannot chant slogans against BJP and Amit Shah

While hearing a petition against a 2025 externment order issued to an SDPI leader, Bombay High Court Justice Madhav J. Jamdar questioned the authorities. The judge remarked that the petitioner simply chanted slogans such as 'BJP government murdabad' and 'Amit Shah murdabad,' asking why citizens should be barred from raising such slogans. In the same matter, the judge also inquired whether the government intends to turn its citizens into slaves.
