Bombay HC halves wife's maintenance, says equality isn't selective

In its ruling, the court stated that equality cannot be applied selectively, emphasizing that both working spouses should share the costs of running a household and raising their child. The court also took into account that the husband is currently responsible for paying EMIs on two separate properties located in Andheri and Panvel.
