BJP's funds during recent 5 state elections were 7 times higher than Congress
Data submitted to the Election Commission shows that the BJP collected approximately ₹1,473 crore at its central office during the most recent five state assembly elections. This figure is more than seven times the ₹207 crore total that Congress declared across its national and regional branches. Additionally, the BJP reported spending ₹160 crore on election activities in Assam, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry.
