BHU ICU: Padma Shri recipient 'Dr God' allegedly attacked by professor
An 85-year-old Padma Shri award-winning doctor, TK Lahiri, was reportedly mistreated and physically attacked by associate professor Arvind Pandey inside the BHU ICU. Dr. Lahiri has been receiving care there since January. Images and video clips circulating online show visible injuries on his face and redness in his eye. Dr. Lahiri, widely referred to as 'Dr God', concluded his tenure at IMS BHU in 2003.
