Bhopal gas tragedy victims protest reduction in BMHRC services
Groups representing survivors of the Bhopal gas tragedy have claimed that the Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre (BMHRC) has halted pathology services across all eight of its mini-units and is planning to phase out X-ray operations. These organizations state that the resulting diagnostic delays and limited access are harming the victims. They have called on the Health Ministry, the ICMR, and other officials to bring back these vital services and intend to bring the matter to the Supreme Court.
