Bengaluru startup Murf AI unveils faster, budget-friendly AI model for call centers
Murf AI, a company based in Bengaluru, has introduced Falcon 2, a text-to-speech artificial intelligence model designed to serve as a substitute for traditional call centers. Falcon 2 costs $0.01 for every minute of audio generated, making it five times cheaper than competing services. Additionally, it operates with greater speed, boasting a response time of less than 100 milliseconds, and has outperformed rivals in various performance evaluations. The startup was established in 2020 by a trio of IIT graduates.
