Bengaluru hotel inspections: What was confiscated on day three?
During the third consecutive day of food safety inspections in Bengaluru, officials identified spoiled or hazardous food items at five different restaurants. At Skyye Lounge, authorities discovered 45 kg of decayed chicken and beef along with 6 kg of cutlets. Meanwhile, Royal China was found with 50 kg of duck and 5 kg of fish. Additionally, inspectors seized 5 kg of peas from Madras Kitchen, 5 kg of mushrooms from Toscano, and 10 kg of food products from Sanchez.
