Bengaluru commuter claims BMTC conductor made them get off on highway
A passenger in Bengaluru has accused a BMTC bus conductor of forcing them to deboard on a highway following a failed UPI transaction caused by a malfunctioning ticket machine. The commuter explained that they only carried ₹100 and ₹500 notes, and the conductor was unable to provide change. Describing the experience as "extremely unsafe and humiliating," the passenger held the BMTC's faulty system responsible for the situation.
