Belgian PM surprises police after finding loaded gun in gift from Turkish President
Belgium's Prime Minister Bart De Wever was shocked to find a loaded revolver inside a present given to him by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. De Wever stated he only realized what the gift actually was once he arrived back in Belgium, at which point he promptly turned it over to airport authorities. The vintage, personalized firearm, which included six live bullets, was part of a set of gifts Erdogan provided to various NATO leaders.
