Bandra hit-and-run: Megha Rawal remanded to 1-day police custody

On Monday, a court granted one day of police custody for 45-year-old Megha Rawal following an incident where her SUV reportedly struck 8-year-old Ansh Ravindra Gupta in Bandra West. According to authorities, the child was hit while walking across St John Baptist Road. He was rushed to Holy Hospital, where medical staff pronounced him dead.
