Azamgarh students demonstrate against school fee hikes and teacher shortages

Pupils at a private inter college in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, held a demonstration outside the school premises to protest against various issues, including a shortage of faculty and unreasonable fee increases. The students remarked, "Without a chemistry teacher, our future is burning like acid." Furthermore, they claimed that school management had intimidated them for speaking out.
