Australia halts new foreign student admissions for one graduate diploma program
Fresh admissions for overseas students in the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) (GDML) have been stopped by Australia. According to the Australian government, this specific program has been exploited by non-genuine students to make onshore transfers. Additionally, the course has seen elevated levels of visa rejections and high dropout rates. However, those students who have already started the program will be permitted to finish their education, the government stated.
