On Independence Day, the National Security Guard’s (NSG) sniffer dog, Donny, received the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card for his courageous service. Donny was instrumental in locating explosives and clearing the area after the November 2025 Red Fort explosion in New Delhi. Two additional K9s, Lucky and Adil, also earned the same recognition for their operational work.
