APSEZ set to open specialized empty container yard at Mundra
In an effort to ease container traffic at its ports, APSEZ is preparing to open a new facility at Mundra featuring a dedicated empty container yard combined with integrated warehousing. This site will provide comprehensive lifecycle management for empty containers, such as storage, repair, quality checks, and efficient transport to Container Freight Stations (CFSs) and exporters. Currently, Mundra manages approximately 1.6 million TEUs of empty containers every year.
