Apple reaches $5 trillion market valuation, second firm to do so
Apple has officially joined the ranks as the second business in history to achieve a market cap of $5 trillion. During Tuesday's early trading session, the iPhone manufacturer's stock climbed approximately 1.8% to reach $342.89, though it later retreated slightly from that peak. NVIDIA previously became the first organization to cross the $5 trillion threshold in October 2025, a feat largely attributed to the massive demand for its artificial intelligence processors.
