Apple has announced that its incoming CEO, John Ternus, will receive an annual base salary of $3 million (approximately ₹28.5 crore). For the 2026 fiscal year, Ternus was also granted a prorated restricted stock award valued at $2.5 million (roughly ₹23.75 crore). Furthermore, the company has authorized a target equity award of $55 million (more than ₹522 crore) for fiscal 2027, with 75% of this amount linked to performance goals and the remaining 25% consisting of time-based restricted stock units.
