Anubrata Mandal, a long-time associate of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, has moved to the dissident TMC group headed by Ritabrata Banerjee. Ritabrata confirmed the development while naming the new presidents for various districts. "Prasun Banerjee is the new President for Malda, Debashis Kumar for South Kolkata, and Anubrata Mandal will lead the Birbhum district," stated Ritabrata Banerjee.
