Anti-Sikh riots victim's wife says she wanted to kill Sajjan Kumar but chose not to break the law

Popri Kaur, whose spouse lost his life during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, stated she personally desired to kill ex-Congress MP Sajjan Kumar, yet refrained from taking the law into her own hands. Kaur remarked that it would have been preferable if he had faced the death penalty. Kumar, who was 80, died on Thursday while serving a life term at Tihar Jail for his role in the riots.
