Andhra woman killed after being caught in moving lift
A 50-year-old woman named Vineeta lost her life after becoming stuck between the elevator and the floor of an apartment complex in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. Footage of the accident captures another woman, who had just stepped out of the lift with a child, attempting to assist Vineeta as she screamed in agony while pinned. Vineeta later succumbed to her injuries while receiving medical care at a hospital.
