Amit Shah inaugurates world's biggest curd facility in West Bengal
On Sunday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the world's biggest curd production unit in Howrah, West Bengal, as part of the ₹700-crore Amul Bengal Dairy Project. According to official reports, the facility is designed to process 30 lakh litres of milk every day and manufacture 1,000 metric tonnes of curd. This initiative is expected to support more than 1.25 lakh dairy farmers, a group that includes over 30,000 women.
