Allahabad HC: Woman ineligible for stepson's maintenance if already receiving it from biological son

The Allahabad High Court has ruled that a woman is not entitled to claim maintenance from her stepson if she is already receiving support from her own son under Section 125 of the CrPC. The court rejected a criminal revision petition from a woman who wanted to change a family court ruling to include her stepson as a party responsible for her maintenance.
