According to a Bloomberg report, Accenture is permitting employees to carry forward their unused vacation time into the upcoming financial year, effective September 1. CEO Julie Sweet has also encouraged staff to focus on securing more business before the 2026 fiscal year concludes at the end of this month. This temporary policy change is intended to boost sales by incentivizing workers to prioritize their duties over taking accumulated leave during the final quarter.
