Aadhar Housing, backed by Blackstone, plans no capital raise for four years
Aadhar Housing, which is supported by Blackstone, stated that it does not anticipate needing to secure new capital for a minimum of four years, pointing to its strong capital adequacy ratio of 40%. CEO Rishi Anand mentioned that the firm intends to expand its loan portfolio by 20% to 22% every year and open 50 new branches annually until the end of the 2027 fiscal year. At present, the company manages 628 branches, primarily located in smaller towns.
