A look at N Chandrasekaran, the departing Tata Sons Chairman
Natarajan Chandrasekaran, who has stepped down as the Chairman of Tata Sons, was born in 1963 in the town of Mohanur, Tamil Nadu. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences along with a Master’s in Computer Applications. His career began as an intern at TCS, where he eventually rose to the role of CEO in 2009 before taking over as Tata Sons Chairman in 2017. In 2022, he received the Padma Bhushan award.
