40 major corporations in Bengaluru push back against Outer Ring Road repair plans
The Outer Ring Road Companies Association (ORRCA), which speaks for 40 massive global firms, has requested that road repair work be paused. The group wants the construction, currently set for October, to be pushed back until the local metro line is up and running to prevent major traffic congestion. Regarding the idea of using work-from-home policies to ease traffic, ORRCA stated, "WFH cannot be a substitute for effective infra planning."
