24 students sick after detergent mixed into mid-day meal at Bihar school

More than 24 children became unwell following a mid-day meal at a state-run school in Nalanda, Bihar, according to officials. Residents reported that detergent was accidentally used in place of salt because the two items were stored side-by-side in the kitchen. Shortly after the meal, many students reported feeling dizzy and started vomiting, leading to their immediate transport to a hospital.
