2 survivors rescued from Nepal tunnel 9 days after fatal floods
Two individuals, 45-year-old Kabir Maharjan and 30-year-old Sanjay Shah, were rescued alive from a tunnel at the Trishuli hydropower site, nine days following the devastating flash floods in Nepal. Their survival has sparked optimism that others trapped in the area might still be found. Currently, roughly 900 workers remain unaccounted for across 12 different hydropower projects throughout Nepal.
