Kaziah Liz Mejo from Kerala has secured the title of Miss Universe India 2026. The 19-year-old is set to represent the country at the 75th Miss Universe competition, which will be held in Puerto Rico this November. Vaishnavi Gannesh, representing Tamil Nadu, was named the first runner-up and also earned the title of Miss International India 2026. Meanwhile, Anushri Satavlekar from Gujarat finished as the second runner-up.
