12,500 AYUSH facilities rebranded as Ayushman Arogya Mandirs
As part of the National AYUSH Mission, 12,500 AYUSH sub-health centres and dispensaries have been transformed into AYUSH Health and Wellness Centres, officially renamed Ayushman Arogya Mandir (AYUSH). According to Minister Prataprao Jadhav, these locations provide a range of wellness, curative, and preventive care. Currently, Karnataka leads the country in the total count of these AYUSH facilities.
